Talking about Back – Infinite

Hi guys! 🙂

As I already mentioned in my other post, today I’ll be talking about Infinite, who is back with Back! (he..hehe..) I didn’t know they’d be releasing a song so soon after Last Romeo (err… or it feels like Last Romeo wasn’t too long ago. :O), but hey, the more the merrier! 😀 Oh and I have already written a Talking about on Last Romeo too, so go check it out if you’re craving a little more on Infinite. :3

Song: I was totally enjoying this song by the first listen, and I feel like that says a lot about the song. I loved the beginning in particular (something about the piano part is just so awesome to me), but the whole song was really great. 😀 Their voices are definitely very strong and aren’t hidden under the instrumentals, which is fantastic too! I feel like Infinite takes a lot of unique approaches in terms of their music, and I find it impressive that they were able to take such a style (as the one in Back) and execute it so well. This song is definitely one I feel like I wouldn’t get tired of too easily. Solid song! 😀

Music Video: The plot for the music video was quite straightforward actually, with the Infinite members fighting the bad guys (I’m calling them bad guys 😡 haha) who have kidnapped the girl. This is the part I’m not sure about (because as you guys could probably tell by my other posts, I’m a very clueless person, especially when it comes to music video plots), as I’m guessing that the girl is like a little sister to the members….right? As for the members themselves, they look so fashionable for a fight, but hey, no complaints on how good they look. 😉 That one guy (sorry I don’t know all their names 😦 I’m terrible at memorizing members’ names so I apologize hehe) that’s ready to fight with the umbrella though haha! Nah, but joking aside,  hm, I’m sensing a continuation of the plot from Back with a future video… especially after that ending, right? That should totally be a thing if they aren’t planning it already. 😀 Anyways, although the video wasn’t the most unique of concepts, I certainly was interested whilst watching it. What did you guys think of it?

So, would I download this song? Yes, I would! 😀 Hope you guys enjoyed this post and have an awesome week!

Oh, P.S. check out Tablo and Taeyang’s live performance of Eyes, Nose, Lips! (I just stumbled across it whilst looking through youtube videos). To answer a few questions, yes, I am still not over this song. :3 Yes, I’m still as obsessed with this song as I was last month. And yes, you should definitely watch this performance! 😀

Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤

Talking about Good Bye Bye – NU’EST

Hello there 😉 (Creepy much)

Today I’ll be having a #tbt post (I totally was planning this for Thursday but oops :S right) with Good Bye Bye by NU’EST! It was released over a week ago and the reason why I’m talking about it now is because I don’t really think there are any releases for me to talk about right now (at the point I planned this, but I believe there are a few now) so might as well go with one from a little while back that I missed out on! I was actually going to talk about NU’EST when this title track was released, but I ended up not doing it. Here’s my chance to talk about it, and aw yeah let’s take it! 😀

NU’EST (how do you even pronounce their name… New East? Newest? Uh….) has been active since 2012 under Pledis Entertainment. The members consist of JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren. I don’t know much about this group (hehe) and the only member I really knew of beforehand was Ren, so this is a good opportunity for me to get to know the group more. :3

Song: In a general sense, I will say that I did indeed like the song. :3 My favorite part is the chorus itself, which has a great melody, but I don’t know if I like the other parts as much as I like the chorus if that makes any sense. I don’t know how to quite explain it, but I guess I elaborate by saying that it just doesn’t work well (to me personally, that is) with this chorus, which I happen to think is amazing. I hope that makes sense :p  I still will listen to the song, don’t get me wrong, but there’s something holding me back from really loving it. Either way, although my feelings towards this song might not be strong enough to say that I’m obsessed with it, I definitely like it! :3

Music Video: What an… interesting video! With live fish eating and vomiting flowers (which looks more graceful in the video than it sounds), this video surely has some unusual things going on. Despite those things, what grabbed my attention the most was Ren. I can’t get over how gorgeous he looks in this video… Seriously! I keep looking at him haha (and who knew he had such a great body I mean.. erm…what? :P) Well… I’ll have to say that I liked the editing (more specifically the transitions) and camerawork at some parts, but I think the excessive lens flares could’ve been excluded (I realize I’m quite picky about lens flares, haha, but it was very blatant in this video). The members and the video looked cool, but I’m still confused about what is happening, and since I know there can be a lot of differences in interpretation, I’d love to know what you think is happening in the video. Let me know!

Overall, I like the song (the chorus is seriously growing on me) and the video was cool too I guess hehe. What did you think about? Leave me a comment! Would I download this song? Hm… yeah, why not? 😀 Sorry about this short post, but I’ll make up for it next time with Infinite (ooh look forward to that)! 😀 Thanks for reading!

Talking about Solo Day – B1A4

Hi guys!

I’m so upset right now 😦 This is the 3rd time I write this post (and by that I mean rewriting the whole thing even after it was complete 2 times) because technical difficulties have stood in my way and posting about B1A4 (why oh why must there be these problems 😦 ) Sorry for the delay, didn’t think I would be having so much trouble with this. 😦 Oh well, I’m still excited to talk about this group so here goes Talking about B1A4’s Solo Day! 😀

B1A4 is a group under WM Entertainment that debuted in 2011. The members consist of Baro, Sandeul, Gongchan, CNU, and Jinyoung. I actually really like B1A4 and their songs (they are my jam!) so I’m hoping this is another great song too! 🙂

Song: “It’s getting new round, girl”. After trying to seriously figure out what they were saying with this line, I could only actually understand what they were saying after I Googled it. Even now, though, I have no idea what this sentence actually means. Despite this confusing line however, I  really enjoyed the song! 🙂 I love the cheeriness and catchiness of it! B1A4 has a distinctive music style and said style is evident in the song as well. This song would be great to blast in the car with friends, or just to listen to it by yourself in your room (which is probably what I’m going to do hehe). 😛 I really liked the whistling parts (made the song a lot nicer in my opinion) and Solo Day is a great song for the Summer Day (which I kept confusing with Solo Day). 😉 I didn’t really recognize how addicting this song was until I realized I was singing it in my head, and wanting to listen to it again, as I was doing some unrelated task. This goes to show that yes, I liked this song! 😀

Music Video: Guys… I’m confused. :S I hope I’m not the only one that feels this way about the plot. I don’t think I understood what was happening fully… Well, instead of this, let’s talk about some other elements! First off, I really liked how this music video seemed more like a movie to me (which I definitely mean as a compliment)! The video looks great too, with the cool settings and props they used. I loved the cartoon style introductions of the characters (really creative and awesome :D), but I also thought it was fun how they stayed true to those characters throughout the video (especially Baro hehe). I especially appreciated the humor in the video, such as the baby crawling on the beach, the boys fighting with each other, or even just the way they dealt with the UFO situation. 😀 Oh, also, all that food (at 2:53) is basically my inner desires haha! 😛 The video definitely has a lot of great things going on, and despite whatever difficulties I had understanding it (ha) I still did have fun watching it! 🙂

Overall, I really liked the song and the video was cool too! :3 What did you guys think about Solo Day? I would definitely download this track! In fact, I’m also thinking of downloading the album just to check it out! 🙂 I really feel like I’ve missed a lot of stuff to talk about in this post, but I guess that’s a natural consequence when you rewrite the post 3 times (ugh). I hope you guys enjoyed this post, and hopefully I’ll be back sometime soon with a post from another category (such as K-Pop Group of the Day or K-Pop Findings)!

Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤

Talking about Beauty Beauty – Kim Hyun Joong

What’s up? 🙂 Today I’ll be talking about Beauty Beauty by Kim Hyun Joong, who I’ve actually already met (#tbt, long story hehe :3). I read the comments in the video (just for the fun of it) and I noticed that many people had negative thoughts about this video :S Enough rambling though, let’s talk about what I think! Kim Hyun Joong was part of SS501 with DSP Media from 2005-2010. Once his contract had expired with the company, he joined KeyEast. He debuted as a solo artist in 2011. Song: The song is nice! It’s a cool summer song and fun in its own way. Out of the song and the video though, the video was definitely the aspect that stood out to me more, and I think I developed greater positive for the song because of the video (which is one of the main purposes for a music video, isn’t it? :D) I don’t think that this is the type of song I would listen to by myself, but it’s a good song that fits with the fresh concept he’s going for (Or… that I at least think he’s going for? If neither is the case, let’s just say that’s what I thought the release had. :3 Music Video: Now to the part that I really wanted to talk about! 😀 Contrary to a lot of negativity I saw about the video, I actually loved it and found it really fun to watch! First of all, I want to talk about the set/location of this video because damn, it is really cool! 😀 So dynamic and interesting (with all the movement going on, whether it be the props, the people in the background, etc). :3 Did you guys also notice when the money Kim Hyun Joong handed to the cab driver slipped from his hands, and the dude tried to catch it? Haha! 😛 I loved the colorful writing that popped up, as well as the cartoon drawing? decorations? type things that made the video much more attention-grabbing (not to mention that the designs were really pretty). The plot was pretty simple, yet straight-forward and easy to understand, which is a positive trait about this video. Oh, and how can I not mention the awesome camerawork? Seriously, I love creative music videos and the way they followed Kim Hyun Joong’s movement into this fluid action made the video never boring, at least to me. I mean, there were some cheesy-ish aspects to it, like the fireworks at the end, but I think all the cool stuff that went into the video, such as the sets, the camerawork, the editing, etc., all made the cheesiness not as prominent. Just like how the song has a fresh concept, the video definitely has this too. I liked this video (which had a musical-type feel to me)! 🙂 Overall, the song was cool and the video was awesome! 😀 I probably wouldn’t download the song, but that’s obviously just a personal preference (I don’t think I would really listen to it.) I’m seriously impressed with the awesome videos that have been released these days (or at least some of those that I’ve talked about recently). 😀 What did you guys think about this? Let me know! Next time I’ll be talking about B1A4, so stay tuned for that 😀 Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤

Songs of the Month: June

Hey everyone! 🙂

June is finally over and that calls for a Songs of the Month post! I know I haven’t been super active on my blog in terms of posting this month (and I apologize for that 😦 ) but I do appreciate everyone who checks out my blog (Thank you so much! <3). June has been quite an interesting month, in terms of news and events (which is true for K-pop as well). With many awesome comebacks and a struggle to keep up with them on my part :P, this month definitely has some awesome songs to mention! Remember that you are always welcome to comment what songs you discovered this month that you really liked. 😀 Let’s share hehe! Without further ado, let’s get to the list!

Eyes, Nose, Lips – Taeyang: If you guys saw my Talking about post on this song, you guys would know how much I love it. Well… since that post, I’ve come to love the song even more, to the point that I’m actually obsessed with it. I’ve listened to it nonstop on replay for so long now! I’ve even gotten my family to listen to with me (oops hehe they like it too by the way :D) Hands down the top, if not one of the top songs, of this month for me! 🙂

Eyes, Nose, Lips (Cover) – Tablo: Going back to the song I just mentioned, I thought Tablo’s cover of Eyes, Nose, Lips also deserved a spot in this list. Although it is indeed a cover of the original song, this version felt like a song itself, and was remarkable enough that I felt the need to mention it here. What impressed me the most was surely Tablo’s rapping skills, but his sophisticated lyrics were definitely noteworthy as well. I loved it!

Shady Lady – B.A.P: Have I mentioned this song in another Songs of the Month? If the answer is yes, then I’ll put it again here! 😀 If not, I guess I forgot because this is a great song. The album (First Sensibility) was awesome too, so check it out as well! 😀

Hug Me – Crush: I was glad to have found this song because it is totally my cup of tea! 🙂 I didn’t mention this song in a Talking about (because I was trying to get caught up first :P), but I really do love it and I can’t help but sing along to it. 😀 If you enjoyed this song, you should also check out the album (I thought it was awesome!)!

Your Scent – Jung In & Gary: Jung In has such a unique voice and Gary’s rapping is great (not to mention that he’s also hilarious :P); the two combined make a very pretty yet catchy song that I really enjoyed this month!

A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness – San E & Raina: Loving this sweet song! 🙂 I don’t really know too many San E songs to be honest, but I’m happy to have found this one! 🙂

Black – 40: Another artist I’ve never heard of (and I don’t really know if this classifies in K-pop but you guys understand anyways right :D) yet another impressive song! Their voices are so soothing and smooth. :3

Take Out – Untouchable: Catchy song with an awesome chorus! I love the groove of the song. 😀 (Does that sound weird? I don’t know why, but that expressions seems awkward… hehe but it’s true!) Untouchable’s rap is great, of course. 🙂

Walk Backward – 2BIC: 2BIC’s voice never fails to amaze me, and this was one of the big reasons why I really liked this song 😀 The song is so so so (do you guys get the emphasis) beautiful – definitely give it a listen!

A – GOT7: How could I not include this incredibly catchy and adorable song! 😀 Yes, A totally deserves a spot on this month’s list for me. 🙂

Good Luck – Beast: Beast’s awesome comeback was a long-awaited one, and a certainly impressive one that I really enjoyed! The fact that it’s really addicting adds to the charm of the song as well. 😉

Day 1 – K. Will: This sweet song had just the right amount of adorableness and catchiness, mixed in with K. Will’s amazing voice. :3 You can read how much I enjoyed it in my Talking about post!

That wraps up this post! I apologize for this post being a little bit late (This type of post, and by that I mean Songs of the Month, takes me longer than Talking about posts, which I take forever to write anyways :3) but I hope you enjoyed it nonetheless! 🙂 I would appreciate it if you guys would comment any songs you think were highlights of this month! I’m excited for the songs to be released in July (because from what I’ve seen, many awesome releases are planned to happen then) yet I’m impressed with all the amazing music from June. 😀

Hugs from your fellow K-Popper ❤

Talking about A – GOT7

A~ Listen up! It’s time for another post!

Yes, this post is going to be on GOT7’s A! When I first heard about the release, I immediately thought of Pretty Little Liars haha! I usually don’t talk about teasers in these posts (because I don’t watch them :P) but I did watch them for A and I’m glad I did, and I think it’s worth mentioning! 🙂 If you haven’t seen them, you should check them out here. They’re kind of cheesy and I did cringe multiple times, but it’s also quite adorable as well, and definitely a creative take on the concept of teasers. :3  I really liked how they make it seem like “you” are the one GOT7 members are talking to (which hey, I love ;)), although it does seem to be to a set target audience. Enough with the teasers though, let’s get to the release!

GOT7 is JYP Entertainment’s new boy group that debuted this year. The members consist of JB (the leader), Mark, Jackson, BamBam, Jr., Youngjae, and Yugyeoum. I put out a K-pop Group of the Day a while back (shortly after their debut single was released), and I have been a fan of them since then. Check that post out if you want to know about my initial(ish) thoughts about the group!

Song: I will admit that it’s really repetitive, but there is one quality that stands out above all, and that is the fact that this song….is…so freaking catchy! Seriously! I listened to it a few times before I wrote this post, and I realized I was already singing it in my head unconsciously even as I was doing things (other than writing this post) throughout the day. Sure, there isn’t too much of a development or variety but it’s so catchy and addicting that as a result, I am really enjoying the song. 🙂 It’s fresh, very adorable, and appropriate to the summer (Would you not die if they sang this to you? I most definitely would. :D) I can’t stop singing the chorus part! :3 If there’s one song that’ll be stuck in my head for the next week (or longer, who knows), it’s this one. 😛

Music Video: I actually really liked this music video! 😀 I watched the teasers after the music video (Oops… totally defeats their purpose but that’s alright because I enjoyed them anyway :D) so I didn’t really have any expectations about this video. When I watched it though, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, and the fun they were having in the video was contagious. 😛 I love the sets and the transitions from each one (the editing was awesome), and just their flirty attitude, particularly the way they approach the girl (so cute! :3) Mark’s stunt at 1:27 though… Girl, I’d be more than surprised if someone did that to me haha (and it’d be a plus if it was someone as cute as him 😉 )! I love their overall goofiness or playfulness (like them with playing with the carts). I think the best way to describe this video and the members is to say that they looked fresh. 🙂 I can’t forget to mention the dancing people, because for some reason their randomness made me laugh haha 😛 My heart would probably burst if the GOT7 members sang me this song as they did in the video, and I think that contributes to the charm of the video :3 I appreciated the humor too, like the hilarious ending! I loved the feel of the video and the way the members were able to convey that into a flirty, cute way!

Overall, I am being sucked into the catchiness of this song, and the video actually added significant appeal to this release for me personally. 😀 GOT7 had a comeback performance before they released the music video, and I think that the music video gave A more appeal than their performance did (at least for me :P). I have been a fan of GOT7 since basically their beginning, and I definitely still will be through their promotions of A. 🙂 I would totally download this song! (I actually have already, and you bet I’m going to keep this song on repeat :P) I checked out their mini album GOT♡, and although I’m not crazy obsessed about it, you should give it a listen! What did you guys think about A? Let me know! 🙂 As always, thanks so much for reading!

A, Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤ 🙂

Talking about Good Luck – Beast

Hi all! 🙂

Welcome back to It’s Time to K-Pop! ❤ Today I will be talking about Good Luck by Beast! I’ve already talked about No More, their other music video release, so go check that out as well if you’re feeling bored. :3 Because I’ve already ‘introduced’ them (so to speak) a few days ago, I won’t be doing that in this post (I wouldn’t want it to be repetitive :P) so let’s get to the release!

Image taken from sbs.com.au. All rights go to the respective owners!

Song: This song is so awesome! 😀 It’s different than their other songs, or at least I get that impression, but by no means in a bad way. It’s so catchy and addicting that I found myself wanting to replay it over and over again :P. Although I love the whole song in general, my favorite part is before the chorus (more specifically from 1:35 to around 1:53) – daaaamn, sounds so good! I also really like the incorporation of the strings, and the instrumentation in general of this song. The best line in the whole song has to be “Up and down, feels like an elevator”, haha but jokes aside, Beast definitely doesn’t disappoint with this, and you best believe I’ll be putting this song on repeat for a long time. I’m going to have to control myself from repeatedly singing this song from now on 😛

Music Video: The music video looks great! I’m loving the strings introduction (makes the video seem more serious and intense :o) but I’d have to say that the highlight of the music video for me was definitely the choreography! I read in an article that the members thought this was their hardest dance routine yet, and I can definitely see that because it looks so cool (not that their other moves weren’t of course ;))! It’s definitely very well coordinated, and so awesome in combination with the song. There’s something so enticing about their moves, but I can’t pinpoint what it is. 😛 You can see it more clearly in this live performance of Good Luck (which is pretty impressive…. might I add :P). Am I the only one that thinks a dance version music video would be amazing?! Putting the dancing aside though, the video had awesome sets and lighting, and the production overall was so well done. The video was very fitting to the vibe of the song, which is something I always appreciate. I also really liked the editing of the video, and the rather gloomy, solemn look it (mostly) had. 🙂

Overall, I really like Beast’s comeback! 😀 The song and video both are great, and definitely show off a sophistication or allure (in a way) that is very particular to this group. I was once a huge fan of them (not saying that I’m not a fan now, but rather, toned down in intensity 😉 ) and this song definitely brings out the great qualities of the group. What did you think about this release? I’d love to know!

Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤

Talking about TopDog – ToppDogg

Hey guys! 😀

How are you all doing? 🙂 Today’s Talking about (I hope you aren’t getting sick of these :P) is on T – O – Double P – D – O – Double G ‘s  (Or just ToppDogg, really. I thought it’d be cooler but that doesn’t seem to be the case :P) new release called TopDog.

Image taken from love-kpop.co.uk. All rights go to the respective owners!
Image taken from love-kpop.co.uk. All rights go to the respective owners!

I am pretty sure I have already done a K-pop Group of the Day about them (which yes, I know I haven’t actually posted these in a while 😛 Sorry, I’ve been trying to write as many Talking about’s so I can catch up on the releases I’ve missed, but you bet I’ll be getting back to the other segments soon 🙂 ) so if you’d like to know more about the group, and my initial opinion on them, definitely check that out! ToppDogg has (impressively) released quite a lot of music videos since their debut in 2013 and now let’s talk about their most recent one!

Song: Putting a twist on Mozart’s Symphony No. 25, ToppDogg definitely impressed me and I am very much enjoying this off! First off, I really liked how they incorporated the classical music. 😀 Although I’m usually not a huge fan of these types of fusions, (I feel like a lot of the times the different styles just don’t work well) but in Top Dog, I actually thought it added a lot to the song! That moves on to the next point, which is the fact that they included many different music styles which all worked great together. Another aspect I appreciated was the strong vocals of the members, and the overall strength (that sounds awkward… I guess intensity is a better word? haha :P)  the song has. One thing I could live without is the T – O – Double G – D – O – Double P that repeats quite a lot, but then again, the song still works well with it. 😛 It’s a powerful, catchy song with a great melody. It has a nice appeal to it, personally, and I’m really liking this. 🙂

Music Video: There’s a lot going on in this video, but definitely in a good way! First off, look at that guy’s pink afro! (Sorry guys, I don’t know the members names, not to mention that there are a lot to remember!) Reminds me of Zelo’s pink afro haha but anyways, it doesn’t look nearly as bad as I expected a pink afro to look haha 😛 There are lots of special effects which look quite cool (why does it remind me of Yu Gi Oh :P) and the dance seems awesome too! If what they were trying to accomplish with the video was for it to be visually captivating, I definitely think they were able to succeed in this. 🙂

Overall, I really liked the song (I mean really, the more I listen to it, the more I enjoy it :D) and the video is interesting to watch too! I would definitely download the song, and I am very impressed with ToppDogg’s TopDog! What did you guys think about it? Did you guys already know about ToppDogg? Leave me a comment! 🙂 Thanks for reading!

Talking about Breathe – ZE:A

Hello! 😀

Welcome back to It’s Time To K-pop with another Talking about. ❤ The release for today is Breathe by ZE:A! Fun fact about ZE:A: I met Dongjun and Kevin a few years back 🙂 but today, lets go ahead and talk about the release!

ZE:A is a 9 member group that debuted in 2010. They are currently under Star Empire Entertainment. The members consist of Kevin, Kwanghee, Siwan, Junyoung, Taeheon, Heechul, Minwoo, Hyungsik, and Dongjun. To be honest, I only know a few members out of ZE:A well, but putting that aside, it’s time to talk about the song! 🙂

Song: I feel like it’s a nice song with a fun melody! It also does have that catchy vibe to it, and I especially like the beginning. I do have a general positive feeling about the song, but at the same time, I’m not completely obsessed or in love with it. I don’t think it matches my personal taste of music very well. I’m not really here to make any criticisms, and I’m not trying to say it’s a bad song! I just don’t have that feeling of being so sucked into the song because I am so amazed by it, you know? 😛 Let’s just say that it’s not my cup of tea… but I’m sure that many people enjoyed it! 😀

Music Video: The music video was interesting, to say the least… haha! I feel like there was a lot going on, but in a good way (I guess). There were scenes in some weird planet, in a spaceship type thing, in destructed areas, and many other varied settings. Overall, I thought it was interesting to see all the little details, like the origami (cute hehe), the pretty planet (and spaceship! :D) they were in, and even their dance. What I got from the video was that they took their escape to this new planet because Earth was destroyed….Yes..no? I don’t know haha (clearly, you guys can tell I am confused 😛 like always) so leave me a comment if you have a better idea about what’s going on. 😀 The video itself intriguing in the sense that it’s quite a fun concept and it does look cool overall, but I think I missed a lot of the big points that the video was trying to make, especially when considering what it had to offer alongside the song.

Overall, Breathe was a nice song (which I wasn’t crazy about) and an engaging video, especially because of its settings. I wouldn’t download the song but then again, I’ve explained that it isn’t really my jam. 😛 What did you guys think about it? Do you disagree with me? I’d love to know! 😀 Oh yeah, today is the first day for the World Cup! (Like that has anything to do with K-pop… but I’m just curious!) Are you guys cheering for any team? Comment below! I’ll talk to you guys very soon! 🙂

Talking about Obsession – Boyfriend

Hello everyone! 🙂

I’m back again for another Talking about, and today’s post will be on Obsession by Boyfriend! No long introduction today (compared to the other posts recently, hehe) so let’s get started! 🙂

Image taken from pop1gasa.com. All rights go to the respective owners!
Image taken from pop1gasa.com. All rights go to the respective owners!

Boyfriend is a 6 member group under Starship Entertainment. They debuted in 2011. The members consist of Donghyun, Hyunseong, Jeongmin, Youngmin, Kwangmin, and Minwoo. Fun fact: Youngmin and Kwangmin are twins (in case you couldn’t tell already haha). 😀

Song: Obsession is a really cool song with a super catchy chorus! The heavy beat and instrumentation made a lasting impression on me. I also liked the members’ singing (there’s something really charming about it in this particular song). I’ll admit, it did take me a while to really like the song and also for its addictiveness to spread to me (I don’t know why this is to be honest) but once it did, I immediately started singing along with it, and especially at the chorus because you guys know much I love those parts. It has a distinctive sound that makes me want to put the song on repeat. Overall, it’s a cool song that I enjoyed listening to!

Music Video: First thing’s first, I appreciated the fact that they incorporated a plot into their video. 🙂 That plot was slightly confusing to me, but that’s beside the point that they did include a story! It was quite obvious that they were taking a twist on Peter Pan’s story and that was quite an interesting approach, especially for a kpop video about a lover. I liked the fact that they tried something different, but I also thought that sometimes the connections were blurry between the story and video, but that’s just something personal. 🙂  As for other aspects to mention: I am in love with that pentagon, book-filled room at the beginning that can also be seen in other parts of the video, and I would love to have one of those in my house. 😀 The dance was really cool too, and the way the girl died at the end (with a bomb) surprised me because it’s a death I’ve never seen before in music videos, haha! Overall, there were a lot of creative aspects that made the video intriguing to watch.

I liked both the music video and the song! 🙂 Would I download it? Hm, I’d say yes,  mostly because it’s so catchy! What did you guys think about this release? Is this your new Obsession? (I’ve been waiting to make this pun the whole post! :P) I’d love to know!

Hugs from your fellow K-Popper! ❤
